Product Information

  • Our perfumes are handmade with love since 1977, and slight variations in scent, color, or packaging may occur due to the artisanal nature of the products.
    We strive to display all products accurately; however, variations may appear due to lighting, photography, or device screens.

Pricing & Payment

    • All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

    • Prices may change at any time without notice.

    • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payment gateways.

    • If a pricing error is detected, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

Orders & Acceptance

    • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

    • This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

    • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

    • Orders may be cancelled if a product is out of stock, payment is not completed, or due to system error.

    • Al Qou’a, Al Wigan, Suwaihan, Nahel, Al Dhahrah, Bu Kirayyah, Al Khaznah, Al Khtan, Al Sad, Abu Samrah, Hatta, Sha’am, Al Manei, Western Region

GCC & International Shipping

    • Shipping costs vary by destination and weight.

    • Fees are calculated at checkout.

    • Customs charges, duties, and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

    • Standard UAE delivery: 1–3 business days

    • GCC delivery: 3–7 business days

    • International delivery: 5–15 business days, depending on destination

    Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

    Returns are accepted only if:

    • The item is unused, sealed, and in original condition, and

    • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photo/video proof.

    Refunds (if approved) will be made using the original payment method.

    Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Custom & Handmade Orders

    • Custom perfumes and personalized items are crafted upon request.

    • Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

    • Handmade items may have slight natural variations; this is part of their uniqueness.

Offers, Discounts & Promotions

    • Offers are valid only during the stated period.

    • Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

    • We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at any time.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on NooraFares.ae, including product images, brand name, logo, text, designs, and website layout, is the property of Noora Fares Perfumes.
    Copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

  • We are not liable for misuse, improper handling, or storage of products.
