Returns & Exchanges

At NooraFares.ae, all our perfumes are handmade with care since 1977, and we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Because perfumes and fragrance items are considered personal-use products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety rules regarding returns and exchanges.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return or Exchange on Opened or Used Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons:

❌ We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Tested or sprayed products
  • Used items
  • Any fragrance product where the seal is broken

This rule applies to all perfume sizes, home sprays, oud, bukhoor, and any personal fragrance products.


2. Eligible Returns (Sealed & Unopened Items Only)

We may accept a return if:

  • The product is unused and sealed
  • It is in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • You provide clear photos/videos showing the issue

Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect product:

We will replace it or issue a refund if:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide photos or video proof
  • The damage is verified as a manufacturing or delivery issue

We will not accept claims made after the 48-hour window because courier companies require immediate reporting.


4. Wrong Item Delivered

If an incorrect product was shipped by mistake:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Keep the product sealed
  • We will arrange a replacement or return pickup

5. Custom & Personalized Orders (Strictly No Return)

Custom perfumes created specially for you cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Personalized scents
  • Custom blends
  • Engraved perfume bottles
  • Special gift sets made upon request

These products are made uniquely and cannot be resold.


6. Shipping Fees for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), shipping is free.

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer pays:

  • Return shipping fee
  • Delivery fee (if already delivered)

Note: Customer preference includes:

  • “I don’t like the smell”
  • “I changed my mind”
  • “I expected a different fragrance”

We do not accept such returns because scent preference is subjective.


7. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days
  • Transfer delays from the bank are beyond our control

Cash-on-delivery orders (if offered) are refunded as store credit only.


8. International Orders

For GCC and worldwide orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return charges
  • We cannot accept returns if the item was opened by customs

9. Non-Returnable Items Summary

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Custom-made perfumes
  • Personalized gifts
  • Products opened for “testing the smell”
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)

10. How to Request a Return

11. Final Note

Perfumes are sensitive, personal products. We design every fragrance with passion and quality. Our return policy is created to protect customers and maintain the highest hygiene standards.
