1. Are your perfumes really handmade?

Yes. All Noora Fares perfumes are handmade with care in Dubai, UAE. Our brand has been creating artisanal fragrances since 1977 using carefully selected ingredients.

2. How long does delivery take?

UAE: 1–3 business days
GCC: 3–7 business days
International: 5–15 business days

Delivery may vary based on location and courier schedules.

3. What are the shipping fees?

UAE Shipping Rates

  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah

AED 50

Shipping varies by destination and weight.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If enabled, COD is available only within the UAE.
COD orders may include an extra service fee depending on the courier.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because perfumes are personal-use items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products.

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is unused and sealed, and

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. What if my item arrives damaged?

If an item arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Send clear photos/videos

  • We will replace the item or process a refund

7. Are your perfumes long-lasting?

Yes. Our perfumes are crafted with premium oil concentrations for long-lasting performance.
Longevity can vary based on skin type, pH, weather, and scent family.

8. Do you offer custom-made perfumes?

Yes!
We can create exclusive blends and personalized fragrances upon request.
Note: Custom perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Do your perfumes cause allergies?

Our perfumes contain natural and synthetic ingredients.
If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

10. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
You can track it directly through the courier’s website.

11. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to the UAE, GCC, and internationally.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes, if applicable.
